Yes. Every enclosed bay comes with a 20-amp 110V receptacle and lighting. Select larger units also include 30-amp service for bigger rigs like Class A motorhomes and large fifth-wheels. All covered spaces and concrete outdoor spaces have 20-amp power as well.
What’s the difference between enclosed and covered storage?
Enclosed bays are fully walled with a roll-up door, 20-amp power, and lighting — maximum protection from weather and UV. Select larger enclosed units also have 30-amp service. Covered parking has a roof, open sides, and 20-amp electrical, protecting against direct sun and rain at a lower price point. Both include secure gate access and 24/7 digital video surveillance.
Can I use a storage unit for business inventory?
